The Program

National College Resources Foundation Student Athlete Program (SAP) focuses on connecting students to College Sports Programs with resources to help them succeed, while providing the necessary support to help student athletes excel in the classroom, in their particular sport, and in life.

We have relationships with College Coaches and can help you get athletic scholarships. We can help guide you to meet NCAA Clearinghouse requirements and provide guidance to help you in your academics, if needed! NCRF Sports Program wants to help YOU play at the NEXT Level.

The Student Athlete Program has already facilitated over 900 scholarship offers to student athletes in California, and other parts of the United States.

NCRF has partnered with Dream Builders Integrated to provide year round opportunities in skill development, travel basketball, and a college preparatory program to provide student athletes the tools to excel inside the classroom and on the basketball court.

NCRF has also partnered with HBCUs to offer a FREE Recruitment platform to help student athletes get recruited to play at HBCUs.  So if you are interested in playing at the next level click here to create your FREE profile so HBCUs college coaches can see your talent.

African Americans in Aviation Traveling Museum
National College Resources Foundation has partnered with Chauncey Spencer, Jr. continuing his father Chauncey Spencer Sr.’s legacy creating an African Americans in Aviation Traveling Museum.  The Traveling Museum is on the road traveling 7,000 miles to share history of black aviators like Chauncey Spencer and Dale White who were responsible for convincing Congress to include blacks in the pre-World War II Civilian Pilot Training Program to fight in the war and getting President Truman to integrate the US Air Force. There would be no Tuskegee Airmen, no Red Tails without Mr. Spencer and Mr. White. They paved the way for black pilots and astronauts. See map of the tour below. The tour includes the March on Washington.
